To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
